Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of wine and alcohol shipping regulations, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We take great care to ensure every order is packaged and handled properly before it leaves our facility.
Overview
All wine sales are subject to availability and applicable shipping laws. By placing an order, you acknowledge that wine is a perishable product and that shipping, handling, and delivery conditions can affect the final condition of the product.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
An adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for all wine deliveries. Carriers will not leave wine unattended.
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, delays caused by the carrier, or returned shipments resulting from an unavailable recipient, incorrect shipping information, or refusal of delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Weather Conditions
Wine is sensitive to temperature. We may delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold in order to protect wine quality.
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions once an order has shipped, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing before shipment.
Returns
We do not accept returns of wine once it has been shipped.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will review the issue promptly.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
